  • Refund Policy
    Return and/or replacement requests will be managed and processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
    Mode > Within 14 days from when the Customer receives his purchase, he can request the return or replacement of one or more items, in the Request Return section, following a simple form, or by sending us an email or contacting us via WhatsApp.
    Packaging > While waiting for the email with the return authorization, the customer is invited to pack the item in the same Fedeli1950 branded packaging in which it was received. For example, shoe boxes or small accessories, with the original labels, wrapping and other accessories received in the package - which must be considered as an integral part of the item itself.
    The original packaging of the products must not, under any circumstances, be used as alternative packaging boxes for return shipments. In fact, the same box received from the Seller with the delivery must be used.
    Authorization > When the return is authorized, the Seller will send an email with the procedure for collecting the goods. The Seller will send a courier to the address provided by the Customer, who will collect the package to deliver it to the Castellese warehouses. As soon as the package has returned to our warehouse for appropriate checks, the return will be accepted or denied.
    Right of withdrawal > The right of withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and conditions described in this article, is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully respected:
    - the item has not been used or has suffered damage during the test;
    - the item has not been soiled or washed;
    - the item retains all original charms, labels, tags and finishes;
    - the article has not undergone any changes of any kind.
    Return Costs > The return will be free in the case of defective goods, and/or incorrect shipment by the Seller. The shipping costs that have been paid are refunded only in the case that the product is defective or if we have sent the wrong product. In all other cases the Seller will make the refund, minus the shipping cost to return the goods, equal to €4.90 for orders placed in Italy. For orders that concern abroad, the amount that will be deducted will be equal to the initial shipping cost. In the case of Replacement, the Return is Free. See paragraph Replacement
    Refund > Once the goods have been returned and checked, we will refund you using the same method you used to make the payment. Refund times are 3-5 working days, but receipt of the amount may vary based on the customer's credit institution. In the case of payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the customer must provide us with the details to receive the refund by bank transfer.
    Return denied > If one or more items do not satisfy the checks, the Seller will communicate the negative outcome to the Customer. Fedeli Group will ship, via an agreed courier, to the Customer's shipping address, the items deemed non-compliant. Shipping is to be considered at the Customer's expense.
    In the event that the return is not accepted by Fedeli Group, and the consumer does not wish to take back the goods, a refund will be provided equal to the value of the item net of the decrease in value resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The responsibility for such decrease is attributable exclusively to the Customer.
    Replacement > The first replacement for size change is completely free. Simply choose the change option in the "Request Return" form and choose another size, if available. Once the item has returned to the office, and after the appropriate checks, if the size is available, it will be automatically shipped to the Customer. If the size is not indicated or available, the amount will be credited in the same way as the payment was made, minus the price of €4.90 for the return contribution, for orders placed in Italy. For orders that concern abroad, the amount that will be deducted will be equal to the initial shipping amount. See paragraph Refund
